Return/Exchange Duration and Eligibility

At Anjaam Official, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible, you must send back the package within 14 days from the moment your order is delivered.

For example, if you contact us on day 14 but ship the return on day 18, your request will not be accepted. If a chargeback is initiated in such cases, we will provide our return policy details to the bank as proof that you were informed of our terms.
